Once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven't received a tracking email, please contact us at contact@dreem.ae with your order number or full name.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card — available for all orders including subscriptions
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for one-time orders within the UAE
Subscription orders are processed by card payment only.

Delivery Times — UAE
| Dubai | Orders placed before 1:00 PM ship same day and are delivered the next day |
| Other Emirates | Orders placed before 1:00 PM ship same day from our Dubai warehouse and are delivered the next day |
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day. Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays or exceptional circumstances.
