Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. We accept credit/debit card and Cash on Delivery (COD) for one-time orders. Subscription orders are processed by card only.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Section 4 — Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 PM on the same business day. Delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Section 5 — Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy. Opened supplement products are not eligible for return or exchange.
