Some products in our store are available as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can manage or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your card will be charged automatically at each renewal interval.

• Subscription payments are processed by credit or debit card only
• Your payment details are stored securely and charged for each delivery cycle
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Managing Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time — there is no minimum commitment period. To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription from your order confirmation email, or contact us at contact@dreem.ae.

Cancellations take effect immediately and no further charges will be made after cancellation. If a charge has already been processed for an upcoming delivery, that order will still be fulfilled.

Returns on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. Opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
